It isn't because I am being rude, I receive many referrals by phone and cannot field them all. If I don't call back, it is because I currently have a full caseload at the moment.

I utilize an electronic portal to have clients fill out their documents (including e-signatures and authorizations to release/accept protected health information). The portal will also allow access to view your upcoming appointments and add/remove cards for payment or place cards on file for auto payment.
